Another skate brand bites the dust as the ships leave the ports of China, the logos and graphics printed on decks tucked deep inside freighters floating in the middle of the ocean. If skateboarding is about fun, well we’re the fun in that? Is slave labor fun? No I don’t think so. All so our big brands can save another dollar. Does that factory worker who’s packaged her millionth board for the day care that you just learned how to kick flip? Heck no! Well I do care. And I want to make the best boards to help you do that. These are boards that we believe in and are passionately committed to and not only that they’re made by us, sanded, pressed and finished all here in anticipation that you’ll ride it and say, huh there’s something different about this board, I like it! That’s what we’re after, the response, from our customers, who notice a difference, who notice the care that goes into making each board.
